  • Remove Inflammatory Foods.
  • Replace with Healing Foods.
  • Reinoculate with Healthy Bacteria (probiotics).
  • Repair with supplements and essential oils:

  • Trouble shoot.
  • Address Environmental Triggers:
    o Remove toxins.
    o Reduce stress (lower cortisol).
